Subject	nismo shift knob

Message	I just installed the "Woody" shifter and and now looking to purchase one one nismos aluminum, black aluminum, or carbon fiber shifters. I am just wonder whereas the stock shifter has the threads a distance up inside of it, do the threads on these shifters start at the very bottom of the shifter itself, or are they up inside the shaft any distance? I am just curious about the height compared to stock....the same or shorter would be fine...not really interested in adding any height. Thank you. 91 tt 5 speed.
